Industrialization Specialist

Whithin our factory GumBase we are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Industrialization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of industrial trials, coding new materials, and commissioning production lines.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of industrial processes.

What you will do

• • Design and conduct industrial trials to test the efficiency and effectiveness of new production processes;
  • Analyze trial results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production;
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and methods into existing processes;
  • Support in the development and maintaining the system for coding new materials used in production;
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of materials throughout the production process;
• • Work with supply chain and quality teams to streamline material usage and reduce waste;
  • Oversee the commissioning of new production lines, including setup, testing, and validation;
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new line operations and maintenance;
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Who you are

• Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Industrial Chemistry);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment;
• Proficiency in programming and automation tools relevant to process engineering;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing industrial trials and commissioning projects;
• Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety protocols;
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies will be considered a plus;
• Familiarity with CAD software and with Rheology technique will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written english.
