Engineering Executive - Electronic & Electrical

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and reliability of production equipment, machinery and electrical systems through planned maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze maintenance data and support Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory and technical documentation.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance practices.
• Basic knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and maintenance documentation, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
