Junior Executive - Stores

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Validating the production of finished goods on daily basis
• Circulating finished goods stock report to all the relevant parties
• Coordinating with transport supplier for on time vehicle availability
• Maintaining finished goods stock as per the ISO standards
• Overseeing and checking market returns, damage returns, product complaints, DB (Distributor) closure Of General Trade & Modern Trade
• Processing goods loading arrangement with ZERO errors
• Implementing monthly stock reconciliation with finance department

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Professional qualification in Inventory/Stores Management will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory management role
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Office packages
• Proficiency in ERP systems
