Junior Executive - Stores

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Verify daily Finished Goods (FG) transfers from production, ensuring accuracy of quantities, batch details and MFD/EXP dates.
• Maintain accurate FG, RM and PM inventory records in SAP and physical stocks, ensuring zero variances through regular stock reconciliations.
• Ensure effective inventory management through FIFO, shelf-life monitoring and ageing stock control.
• Coordinate FG transportation, external warehouse transfers, vehicle capacity planning and transportation costs.
• Manage daily FG dispatch and loading activities in line with the PDP plan, ensuring accurate documentation and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions, including stock transfers, GRNs, goods issues, material transfer notes and batch selection for sales invoicing.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in warehouse, stores or finished-goods operations.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management, including FIFO, shelf-life monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English, with strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
