Logistics Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate daily vehicle scheduling and dispatch activities in line with sales orders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Manage transport job assignments, delivery documentation, invoicing and necessary coordination with Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance, maintain accurate delivery records and prepare daily/monthly logistics and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of market returns and coordinate the collection and movement of returned goods from delivery locations.
• Prepare transporter payment summaries, freight provisions and support the administration and renewal of logistics-related contracts and agreements.
• Support sustainability reporting by monitoring delivery tonnage, kilometers travelled and transport-related carbon footprint information.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport coordination or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP together with good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management, transport and route planning, and basic financial/compliance requirements.
• Experience in material handling and stock control, including maintaining accurate stock records and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with good time management and attention to detail.
