Packaging Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and develop packaging material as per product, machine suitability and consumer/market requirements
• Explore and implement emerging packaging materials, formats and technology to create brand identity for various brands through innovative packaging solution
• Responsible for improvement of Packaging Materials of existing Products in terms of Material structure, aesthetics, cost, system improvements, etc
• Responsible for conducting Packaging trials, Transit trials, making technical drawings
• Coordination with various departments (Sales & Mktg., Engineering, Production, Legal, and Q.A) for the development of artwork of printed packaging materials considering process capabilities, mandatory requirements, standard layouts, packing machine requirements, etc
• Suppliers visit during the online print run for the newly developed packaging material

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• BSc. Degree (Packaging Science/Polymer Science or engineering equivalent) and 3-5+ years' experience in the packaging field, preferably in the consumer-facing food industry (CPG)
• Problem-solving Skills, coaching & leadership skill, and people and work management skills
• Concern for Ethics, Interpersonal Awareness & Teamwork, Concern for Standards
