Senior Executive - Demand & Planning

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyzing historical sales data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights on the factors that may impact demand
• Evaluate the production capacity of the factory and identify any potential constraints
• Consider the availability of resources, such as machinery, labor, and raw materials, when planning production
• Balance the need for maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and carrying costs
• Analyzing planned and actual production data to identify variances and implement appropriate remedial actions
• Identifying and analyzing potential material write-offs
• Exposure in preparation of MRP (Material Requirement Plan)

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering or a related field
• Professional qualification in Supply chain management/Lean six sigma
• 3–4 years of experience at a similar level preferably in the FMCG industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
