Job Description:

Media strategy (TV, Digital, E-Commerce, Offline):

• Define the media strategy for the company, in close coordination with group colleagues and the media agency.

• Ensure adherence to PVM Group Advertising Guidelines and creative excellence.

• Develop and implement a digital marketing agenda with a mid-term, 3 year horizon for PVM Vietnam.

• Define digital marketing priorities for all our brands in the field of digital advertising, social media, consumer data management, and e-commerce.

• Support the brand teams to realize the annual advertising budget.

• Support e-commerce activities by the brand teams and the e-commerce team.

 

Execution of Projects:

• Formulate the media strategy of all PVM brands.

• Align media plans with pre-aligned objectives with the brand and media agency.

• Formulate and execute digital marketing policies, plans and programs with regard to social media, digital advertising campaigns, digital media, effect measurement in order to realize growth objectives and to ensure the image and branding of the company;

• Maintain, Develop en optimize existing digital marketing touchpoints (websites, apps).

• Define, align and develop brand campaign for the key international brands and organize project planning in close collaboration with the brand teams and designated agencies.

• Manage the current (digital) creative agency portfolio and to build up a long term relation to protect the interest of Perfetti Van Melle.

• Keep a track of all the media spends in the company.

 

 

Team & Media budget management :

• Build, develop and monitor the capabilities not only of the brand teams but also of the agencies.

• Build the Ecommerce capabilities of the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Performance-driven collaborative team player with the capability to align & drive change on both strategic and operational level.

• Strong experience in the digital marketing processes, design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, advertising research and web-analytics, with the necessary rigor (Plan – Do – Check – Act) for execution excellence.

• Strong in analytics and insights, proactive in doing trend analysis to advise brand teams.

• Document and track budget structurally.

• Negotiate well with agencies to achieve the best outcomes.

• Good understanding of the advertising/agency process.

• Proficient English.
