We are currently seeking for Brand and Data Activation Executive who will support the Planner in the management and optimization of integrated digital campaigns, contributing to the activation of media, influencer and CRM strategies.
The role involves hands-on involvement in cross‑channel projects, with increasing exposure to data‑driven dynamics and coordination across multiple internal stakeholders.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Support in the planning and activation of cross‑platform digital campaigns (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP);
- Operational management of campaigns: booking, budget monitoring, spend control and support with invoicing;
- Daily performance monitoring and support to optimization activities;
- Data analysis and production of periodic reporting;
- Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) for internal stakeholders and international teamsUpdating operational documents and tracking tools;
- Collaboration with internal teams (marketing, account, creative);
- Support in the planning and management of creator campaigns, both for brand initiatives and specific activations;
- Operational coordination with influencer teams and performance monitoring;
- Contribution to the integration between media campaigns and data activation strategies.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in digital media/advertising;
- Hands-on knowledge of DV360, Meta (Facebook Business Manager), TikTok Ads Manager and Amazon DSP;
Experience or exposure to influencer marketing projects; - Familiarity with CRM frameworks and data activation strategies;
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English;
- Strong interest in the digital and communication industry;
- Analytical and well‑organized mindset.
