We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Offline Media Executive.

What you will do

  • Support the team in the planning and management of offline media campaigns.
  • Upload and update media plans using dedicated tools and platforms.
  • Provide support with administrative activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization activities
  • Manage campaign materials and coordinate related operational workflows.Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.

Skill Required

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in offline media planning and buying.
  • Strong knowledge of the main offline media planning tools (AdBox, Kubik, MCSonline).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and approach to work
 
 

The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.

For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
