Assistant EPC Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

-   To coordinate with local RDQ, planning, production and export customers for product development, and coordinate artwork and packaging development of new or revision products and effectively manage products in their life circle. To make sure all export development projects being accomplished smoothly and timely. Fulfill client request for on time launch.

负责协调出口新产品开发的相关事宜, 包括了解并协调客户的需求、跟踪包装设计及改版制作过程，和对产品在其生命周期进行有效管理。确保所有出口项目顺利及时地完成。 满足客户对新产品的上市时间。

-   Efficiently communicate externally and internally with different functions within PVMC for managing the project be carried out in smooth and effective way.

负责内外部的协调，有效地进行跨部门沟通以确保项目高效有序地进行。

-   Continue improvement onto Generate/modify relevant SOP to standardize the project management。

通过不断改进标准操作流程规范出口项目管理。

-   Maintain SAP, NPD workflow, tracking reports per export project follow up.

负责维护SAP, NPD电子流，跟踪报告等满足出口项目跟进的信息录入。

-   Raw/Packing Materials management including PM revision, PM control align with SKU status, to minimize Raw/Packing Materials WO due to SKU transfer.

依据SKU的状态，对原料/包材进行管理,包括包材改版，包材控制等，在SKU 切换过程中尽可能减少报废。

-   Collect Monthly forecast from EXP MKTs

每月搜集海外市场的需求预测

Lead Export project from PAF (Project form) receiving till production 1st launch.

接手出口新项目，主导跟进协调 。

Filled NPD workflow or other related system, sharing information to interfaces involved, on time and correct.

系统操作录入，与相关部门的信息传递对接，及时准确。

Focus onto PM(packing materials) switch caused by produce life cycle, recipe change, claim change, AW change.

关注因产品生命周期，配料更改，声明更改，图案涉及更改 等而需涉及的包材改版。

Maintain good relationship with interior and exterior interfaces. Smooth communication and information sharing timely.

与内外部窗口保持良好沟通联络及信息的及时分享。

Continue improve Project management process.

持续改善项目管理流程。

Integrated knowledge in NPD, import/export trade & regulations.

Able to manage complex information and follow up in details.

Team work Skill，communication efficiently and coordination with internal and external customers.

Experience for project management.

Having experience in food industry

Bachlor Degree and proficient with written English and daily applicant spoken English.

Basic Microsoft office tools application; （Excel, Word）and Project system.
