WHAT YOU WILL DO

he purpose of this position is to assure smooth and time effective operation of Shanghai plant for all import/export activities, which including material import, finish goods export and equipments import/export.

及时有效的完成上海公司的所有进出口业务操作，包括原料和设备的进口，以及成品和设备的出口。

1.     Implement all of the import & export formalities, make sure all of these activities being compliance with the custom guidelines process.

遵照海关的相关法规要求，准备并执行进出口业务的相关手续。

2.     Ensure all imported materials/finished goods, machinery and spare parts are cleared from customs within the required period.

及时跟进货物清关进度，确保所有进口原料/成品、设备和备件在规定时间内完成清关工作。

3.     Responsible for export order management, maintaining daily communication and coordination with export customers, ensuring that all export orders are completed within the confirmed time.

负责出口订单管理，与出口客户保持日常沟通与协调，确保所有出口订单在确认时间内完成出口操作。

4.     Ensure all necessary documents required by the customers are properly and correctly prepared.

保证递交给客户的所有出口运输单证及时，准确。

5.     Assist the management to the customs brokers and shipping forwarders to assure excellent service level.

有效的管理报关行、承运商等供应商，确保其提供优质的服务水平。

6.     Properly manage the logbook, integration of customs relevant requirement in business strategy and process.

合理正确的使用手册，使业务操作与海关相关法规保持一致。

7.     Maintain a good working relationship with customs, CCPIT and relevant authorities.

与海关，商务委等政府部门保持良好的沟通。
