Indirect Category Manager-Manufactory

ABOUT THE JOB

To support business profitable growth, strictly following Chinese and PVM laws , regulation and policies, influence and support related functions with good quality, value added and competitive total cost materials and services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Formulate category strategy, implement procurement instructions and fulfil the needs from user functions.

Professional to support user functions and search for qualified potential suppliers for related functions indirect procurement requirements, especially for Equipment, M&E(Utility, Repair &Maintenance, Production supply, Factory facility& rental, )、Copacker and inhouse outsourcing, P&T、EHS etc.

Conduct bidding to potential suppliers and make the price comparison analysis.

Effectively evaluate pre-qualified suppliers from objective point of view.

Negotiate and conclude framework contracts and purchase orders with external suppliers independently.

Communicate with internal requesters and external suppliers, ensure proper sourcing decision procedure& documentation.

Tracking procurement process until successfully delivery, cooperating with internal departments for contracts, acceptance check and invoice issues.

Lead team to manage supplier sourcing and development to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable service level to meet the request of PVM business growth

WHAT WE WANT YOU

Bachelor’s degree or Above. 

At least 5 years relevant sourcing, supplier development experience in FMCG manufactory

lead the team is preferred

Fluent English in both writing and oral.
