WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be actively involved in and/or responsible for new product & process development and improvement projects, with good communication and facilitation; Experience sharing and continuous learning for personal and team capability growth.

This position is responsible for the NPD of assigned products / production lines manufactured in Shanghai，and other assigned work technical/technological related.

To deliver projects fully and timely within budget. To well communicate with other departments to ensure projects fulfillment

Ø Active Role In New Product Development Projects积极参与新产品的开发

Being actively involved in the assigned new product and process development projects to hit the NPD projects goals timely. Good sense to design and plan the development stages, and implement the industrial trials. Review and report the results, attention on details, capable of solution proposal if any issue. Follow up and audit the new product production startup.

积极完成指定的新产品新工艺研发项目，及时完成目标。具有设计，规划研发各阶段工作的能力，实施工业试验，检查并汇报结果，关注细节，对问题能提供解决方案。跟踪并审核新产品首次生产。

§ To be actively involved in NPD projects preparation to assure accomplish the projects

§ To check all raw materials /additives regulation compliance

§ To develop & review raw material technical documentation to ensure they are achievable, sustainable and consistent.

§ To arrange and assure the industrial trials implementation on time.

§ Sense of design, plan, conduct and report the industrial trials based on idea creation.

§ To draft the recipe，SOP and other process, quality control related documents

§ To follow the pre-production and adjust the production process, finish the report on need

§ To review quality issue of production and SOPs validation, proposal of product standard and tolerance on need

§ To perform new product shelf life tests and sensory tests, and provide test reports to satisfy the project’s demands.

Ø Continuous Ingredients, Recipes, and Process Improvement不断进行原料，配方，工艺的改进

§ To cooperate with SC& M&E to drive projects implementation.

§ To review and update product quality specifications and Product Standard Operation Procedures for products and processes.

§ To arrange the industrial trials with recipes and process improvement, and finish the report

§ To revise the SOPs, and audit the pre-production and report.

§ Record and evaluate the difference of processing and property before and after improvement.

§ To arrange the sensory and shelf life test.

§ 糖果制造相关技术知识，相关配料知识。

Relevant Experience

 3 years above experience in NPD management

§ 5 years above experience in food research and development，with creative and innovative mind and proactive attitude

§ 3年以上新品开发管理经验

§ 5年以上食品研发经验，具有创新思维与主动性

Education Background

教育背景： Bachelor or above

Procifient with spoken and written English

Good command of MS Office
