ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead to implement, maintain and improve the management systems regarding quality, food safety, and HALAL, etc.
领导有关质量、食品安全和清真等管理体系的实施、维护和改进。
- Optimize the management systems to improve the quality management level.

- Promote the quality and food safety awareness of the employees.

- Support to implement Group Quality policies, guidelines, and best practices in plants, drive the quality improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the internal management of ISO9001, FSSC22000, HALAL etc. management system and coordinate with all related parties for completing the external audits smoothly.
领导ISO9001、FSSC22000、HALAL等管理体系的内部管理，并协调所有相关方顺利完成外部审计。
Lead and study the allergen control for the plants, continuously improve the allergen management.
领导和研究工厂的过敏原控制，不断改进过敏原管理。
Lead the GMP audit and the pest control work and coordinate the complaint investigation and improvements.
领导GMP审核和病虫害防治工作，协调投诉调查和改进。
Support to implement group quality policies, guidelines, and best practices in plants, promote the construction of food safety culture in the factory and enhance the quality and food safety awareness of employees.
支持集团质量政策、指引和最佳实践在工厂内的落地实施，推动质量改进。
WHAT WE WANT YOU
Bachelor or above
本科及以上学历
Food or Chemistry or pharmaceutical education background, min 5 years experiences in food industry quality management.
食品或化学或药学教育背景，至少5年食品工业质量管理经验。
Having certificates of Auditor of ISO9001, FSSC22000 or HACCP.
具有ISO9001,FSSC22000 或HACCP审核员证书。
Be familiar with management system of ISO9001, FSSC22000, HALAL.
熟悉ISO9001、FSSC22000、HALAL管理体系等。
Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent oral English is preferred.
优秀的英语读写能力，具备流利口语能力为佳。
Strong ability in communication and coordination.
出色的沟通和协调能力。
Strong ability to influence others.
能有效地对他人施加影响的能力。
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
很强的分析和解决问题的能力。
Good team cooperation, team leading experience is preferred.

Comprehensive mastery of Q&FS management system e.g. ISO9001 & FSSC22000.
