Senior Indirect Purchasing Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1.Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership: Support to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for key indirect categories (Engineering, CAPEX, OPEX, Services). Conduct market analysis, lead supplier evaluation, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal value.

2.Cost Optimization & Value Creation: Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through volume leverage, supplier consolidation, and alternative sourcing, while rigorously upholding quality and service level agreements.

3.Process Ownership & Operational Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment, ensuring full compliance with policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.

4.Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and delivery targets are met. Monitor performance metrics and proactively mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.

5.Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and forecast needs. Act as a catalyst for change management by effectively communicating value, securing buy-in, and driving adoption of new procurement strategies and processes.

6.Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Utilize analytics to track spending, monitor supplier performance, and report on key procurement metrics, including savings achievements and process efficiency, to inform management decisions.

WHAT WE WANT YOU

1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 

2.At least 5 years working experience in indirect sourcing & supplier development.

3.Fluent English in both writing and oral. 

4.Strong communication and influence skill

8.Good team player and strong sense of responsibility

9.Proficient in office tool: SAP, outlook, excel, PPT etc.
