What you will do
负责区域内销售团队的管理,通过高效的执行、过程的监督以及切实可行的行动方案确保公司管理要求、流 程及规章制度执行及公司销售目标的达成; 2. 根据公司的战略方向和目标,合理使用人力、物力资源,协调区域内 KA、直营、协分、批发等多渠道的业 务,以求多渠道的发展均衡; 3. 定期与客户/经销商进行业务回顾,了解客户/经销商的需求与发展,确保建立一支高质量的经销商团队并成 功的将之与公司的发展战略相结合; 4. 人员管理行为及结果:确保团队成员在日常业务管理达到公司要求,为团队成员持续地提供辅导/指导,制 定并执行辅导计划,以提高团队的整体水平,及时发现并采取行动解决团队成员在绩效方面的问题,以使团 队成员的绩效表现符合公司期望; 5. 费用控制及合理运用能力:对区域内的各项相关销售费用予以合理分配和控制,确保各类销售费用控制在费 用预算内,对费用运用的真实性、合理性、有效性负责。 1. Responsible for area sales team management, with highly effective execution, process monitoring and feasible action plan, ensure to meet company management requirement, execute process and regulations , and achieve sales target; 2. In line with the company’s business strategy, reasonably use manpower, material resources, coordinate business of KA, direct sales, DT, WS and other channels in the area; 3. Review business with customers/distributors regularly, understand their needs and development, ensure to build a high quality distributor team and combine it with company’s development strategy; 4. People Management: ensure team members achieve company’s requirements of daily business management, coach/guide team members continuously, make and implement coaching plans, find out and take action to solve team members’ problem in performance; 5. Expense control: equitable distribution and control of various related sales expenses in the area, ensure various sales expenses are controlled in budget, responsible for authenticity, rationality and effectiveness of use of expenses.
