What you will do
Key Responsibilities:Training & Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap tailored to market needs, enhancing sales competencies.
- Lead onboarding for new Sales Managers, Supervisors, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration.
- Design and conduct skills assessments to align sales teams with business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address specific training needs, focusing on key areas like financial acumen, analytics, consumer segmentation, and brand portfolio management.
- Ensure all training aligns with business objectives and includes evaluation processes to measure effectiveness.
Sales Effectiveness:
- Enhance sales processes by driving the adoption of tools and best practices.
- Define and align KPIs for the sales team to meet business targets.
- Review sales incentive schemes to ensure high motivation and competitiveness.
- Evaluate sales operations and activities to maximize effectiveness across channels.
Assessment & Evaluation:
- Monitor KPI achievements and provide regular field assessments to understand market dynamics and sales performance.
- Update training content and tools as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay current with training trends and adapt methodologies to optimize sales team performance.
People Management:
- Train, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring strong succession planning and engagement.
- Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance and reduce attrition.
Planning & Administration:
- Establish systems for managing team performance, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure administrative tasks and documentation are completed as required.
What we want you
- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Experiences: 5+ yearss in a managerial sales training position, preferably in FMCG. Used to working in nationwide scope.
