PEAK PMO Lead

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Purpose:

To provide governance, planning and coordination support to ensure the PEAK project deployment is delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrated project plan and monitor progress against key milestones

• Coordinate local governance forums, including Team Meetings, Implementation Boards and project status meetings

• Consolidate and report project status, risks, issues and dependencies

• Track actions and ensure timely closure through appropriate follow-up

• Support budget tracking and resource planning activities

• Support local application testing and FD readiness

• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and decision registers

• Coordinate project communications and ensure alignment between local and central teams

• Support cutover planning and readiness activities as required

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within large transformation programmes

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Ability to build relationships quickly and content working in a fast-paced project environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English and fluent in Vietnamese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Proactivity is a must
