ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Collaborates with the accounts under his/her responsibility elaborating the customer plan for top customers. Actively engages in the presentation and the follow up of the execution plan. Define clear action plan per customer including portfolio (Cardex control) and promo plan recommendations, planograms for shelf and check out and detect opportunities for developing new POS materials.
• Coordinates with KAM/NAM and Sales force team to perfectly execute the action plan for the assigned channel /accounts: promo calendar, distribution and secondary placement targets and improve A TUA PERFETTI STORE score.
• Prepare and develop the promotional pack plan for Portugal: Plan definition, IPMS creation, track and monitor actual vs plan
• Actively engages in the main governance meetings: Marketing Meeting, Monthly Sales Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, SOP meetings and Monthly meeting OT & TT (AFMs and WHS).
• Support the Senior Category Specialist in the elaboration of the Portugal Trade Marketing Plan for Gum and Candy.
• Actively participates in the NPD process with Marketing and Plan and Deliver.
• Active participation with the BA team in the definition of the reports required. (Sell Out and SFA sources).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Educational background: Degree in Business Administration or similar degree.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Plan and Deliver.
• Advanced user of Excel, MS Office, Nielsen/IRI and other market reports.
• Previous experience with Power BI, Spaceman or similar programs would be a plus.
• Mandatory: Availability to travel once a month within Portugal, 1-2 times per year to Spain and eventually 1-2 times per year within Europe.
