Brand Manager – Mentos & Chupa Chups Greece

Team: Part of the local Marketing Team, collaborating closely with Group Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing & Supply Chain

Where we need you:

The Greece Marketing Team is part of the Commercial Organization and plays a key role in shaping and executing brand strategies, driving profitable growth, and supporting cross-functional teams. As Brand Manager for Mentos & Chupa Chups, you will be responsible for leading the brand agenda in Greece, ensuring brand relevance, competitiveness, and long-term success.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Drive the development and execution of the brand portfolio strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
• Lead strategic decision-making through in-depth market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking
• Manage full P&L and control the marketing budget
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Group Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet strategic and financial objectives
• Identify and lead business development initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness
• Support Trade Marketing in implementing in-store activation plans, optimizing product assortment, and enhancing promotional strategy
• Support Sales in preparing customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
• Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve brand goals within the allocated budget
• Maintain regular communication with Group Marketing for alignment on brand strategy and key projects
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop and implement media plans
• Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process according to the PVM workflow

The ideal recipe for our new Brand Manager – Mentos & Chupa Chups Greece:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management in FMCG – confectionery or impulse categories experience is a plus
• Strong financial acumen with deep P&L understanding and budget management experience
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational and strategic responsibilities
• Experience in advertising development, digital campaign execution, and NPD project management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven decision tools (Nielsen strongly preferred)
• Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
