Customer Service Specialist
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Prague.
Job Summary: Complete processing of sales orders, ensuring their correct and timely settlement, including invoice issue and resolution of complaints. Daily communication with internal and external customers as well as logistic service provider.
What you will be accountable for:
- Responsible for processing the sales orders, checks their formal correctness, and enters them completely and on time into the information system.
- Reports discrepancies in sales order-flow to Logistics Manager. After consultation, takes corrected measures if needed.
- Submits the shipping orders to the logistics provider.
- Executes the information on the delivery of the shipment to the clients and issues the invoices.
- Handles customer complaints while ensuring compliance with internal rules. Provides correct information to customer about solutions and actions taken.
- Provides administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepares KPI’s data related to local markets distribution for Logistics Manager on a monthly basis.
- Back-up for other Customer Service Specialist in case of absence.
