Where we need you

Job overview
The Junior HR Business Partner CZSK facilitates and drives the people agenda for Perfetti Van Melle Czech Republic and Slovakia in line with local legislation, internal HR guidelines, and global/regional HR processes.

Your core responsibilities at a glance

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related topics, advising managers and employees on HR processes
• Prepare and keep up to date complex HR documentation in line with CZ & SK Labour Codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Create, maintain, and update local HR guidelines aligned with regional PVM standards
• Drive end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for CZ and SK
• Deliver HR solutions across Engagement, Resourcing, Reward, Talent, and Performance Management in close cooperation with local leadership and the Cluster HR Manager
• Act as local Key User for global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, LearnUpon)
• Take full responsibility for local Health & Safety management in cooperation with external providers (CZ & SK)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lower-band positions and cooperate with the TA Center of Excellence on senior roles
• Monitor local market dynamics, legislation updates, and cultural specifics impacting HR practices
• Support and represent PVM in employer branding activities, events, and CSR initiatives
• Contribute to operational HR plans and projects

The ideal recipe for our new Junior HR Business Partner CZSK

• University degree in HR Management, Economics, Psychology, or similar
• Experience in HR generalist processes (C&B principles, Talent & Performance Management, Recruitment); experience in an international/matrix organization is a plus
• Active knowledge of CZ & SK labour legislation
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Native Czech language skills
• Fluent English (business proficiency); Polish is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (must-have) and MS Office
• An analytical, proactive, and can-do mindset, with strong communication and prioritization skills
