Production Manager

1. Production Planning & Execution 

• Operate within agreed manufacturing procedures and systems; coordinate all manufacturing activities for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee production plans and adjustments to meet sales forecast and stock safety

2. Process Improvement 

• Identify opportunities to improve production processes.

• Implement projects within the factory to enhance efficiency.

3. Cross-functional Coordination 

• Co-ordinate with production planning (Logistics), materials control (Warehouse), engineering (Maintenance), and RDQ functions in order to achieve the company’s objectives in terms of product, and quality and in order to implement the projects within the factory

4. Quality & Food Safety 

• Ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standards and food hygiene requirement.
• Guarantee food safety in production areas.

5. People Leadership & Resource Management 

• Manage, motivate, and develop production personnel.

• Solve problems arising during production shifts.

6. EHS & Sustainability

• Guarantee labor safety and compliance with company regulations.

• Save electricity and reduce waste of packaging and raw materials.

7. Reporting & Governance

• Report implementation of production plans and personnel situation.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Industrial Management/Engineering; at least 5 years-experience in production management in FMCG (preferably confectionery).
