WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Continuous Improvement & QFS Performance Management
  • Define and ensure implementation of Q&FS Culture activities.
  • Prepare regular Q&FS site performance review (e.g. for regular Q&FS monthly updates), KPIs updates and Management Reviews of QMS.
  • Manage KPIs updates related to complaints and food safety issues.

     2. Customer & Consumer Complaints Management

  • Record quality & food safety complaints on product in CCM (Consume Casa Management platform)
  • Investigate product complaints linked to Co-packer or 3PM and decide on the output of the complaint (justified/not justified)
  • Review Q&FS complaint data, do trend analyses, reporting and communication. Lead corrective actions process (identification, recording, verification and effectiveness).

    3. QMS Governance, Documentation & Traceability

3.1 Documents management:

  • Q&FS Manual according to ISO 9001 + FSSC + Group Quality Policy
  • Q&FS Manual: specific chapter dedicated to Food Safety Risk Management, according to FSSC + Regional/National Legal requirements
  • Q&FS procedures, PPD, Plant, Packaging instructions
  • HACCP plan for the shopfloor
  • Quality Control Plan of in-process checks for the shopfloor
  • QC, QFS instructions

3.2 QMS and Certifications:

  • Ensure preparation, updating and implementation of a local QMS (including Food Safety).
  • Ensure integration of the Group Q&FS Policies in the local QMS.
  • Ensure Local Q&FS Certifications are in place and maintained in local QMS.

3.3 Traceability: 

  • Ensure a Traceability system is in place in local QMS and Internal audit plan.
  • 4.Food Safety Risk Management Programs
  • Define, implement and maintain Local Food Safety (HACCP) plan.
  • Define criteria for Extraneous Matter Control, Environmental Monitoring, Allergen, Food Fraud, Food Defense, GMP and Pest Control programs.

5. Audits, Inspections & Supplier Management:

  • Prepare and coordinate external audits (Certification Bodies and Customers).
  • Manage inspections from Food Authorities.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor local internal audit programs and ensure auditor competence.
  • Manage nonconformities and lead corrective actions.
  • Evaluate, approve and audit suppliers; monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier quality documentation.

6. Management of Blocked Semi Finished & Finished Products/ Quản lý bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm bị chặn

  • Manage blocked semi-finished and finished products and lead corrective action processes.

7. Q&FS Training & Culture Deployment:

  • Define the Local Quality & Food Safety training plan.
  • Deliver general Q&FS training within the plant.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in food engineering / F&B Technology or similar
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing plant as well as experience managing QA/QC functions. Food plant experience is highly preferred, as well as working within a global network
  • At least 5 years of team leadership required
  • Experience in food or pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
  • Excellent in command of computer skills, SAP
  • Good at English communication
  • The ability to plan, conduct, and follow up audits of QMS & FS system within PVM as well as suppliers, copackers and co-manufacturers.
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to design, implement, certify and constantly optimize the QMS / FS system, covering design-, supplier- (including copackers and co-manufacturers), manufacturing-, and customer/consumer quality.
