R&D Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Proceed the activities for trial of new product development, new process equipment, new material development, backup source, cost saving such as arrange trial, analyze data, do shelf-life test, report...
2. Prepare the Procedures/ Work instructions/ Forms related to production line/process.
3. Maintain proper documents, review and revise it to ensure timely update, effective and efficient storage and accessibility.
4. Proceed creating and checking PDR recipe before conducting the trial.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• • College Degree or above in Food Technology and/or Food Chemistry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Technology or QC area of Food Companies.
  • Good command of English (reading and writing), and PC usage. Fluent in English would be an advantage
  • Experience in Quality & Food Safety Management System would be an advantage.
