WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Proceed with activities for the trial of new product development, new process equipment, new raw material development, backup sources, and process improvement troubleshooting.
• Collect and store necessary samples, run stability tests, and prepare reports.
• Prepare procedures, work instructions, and forms related to the production line/process.
• Maintain proper documentation, review and revise it to ensure timely updates, effective and efficient storage, and accessibility.
• Guarantee the self-safety and support safety of colleagues and production line during working

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

College Degree or above in Food Technology and/or Food Chemistry

At least 2 years of experience in the Technology or QC area of Food Companies

Experience in Quality & Food Safety Management System would be an advantage

Good command of English (reading and writing) and computer usage. Fluent in English would be an advantage
