RGM Associate Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Associate Manager – RGM is a key role within Perfetti Van Melle (Vietnam), responsible for optimizing revenue streams, driving profitability, and enhancing overall business performance. Associate Manager – RGM will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to develop and implement revenue growth strategies and tactics. This role will focus on analysing Price Pack Architecture (PPA), promotions, product portfolio effectiveness and channel profitability to identify opportunities together with stakeholders for profitably revenue enhancement and sustainable business growth.

Preferred Profile

• 3-5 years of experience working on revenue growth management, pricing, or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills and Power BI knowledge
• Strong project management skills
• Can handle complexity and multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Research & Development)
