Job Responsibilities
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
• Work experience in sales for at least 6 years, including at least 4 years in a managerial position;
• Knowledge of legal documents regulating trade activities;
• Knowledge of the basics of economics, finance, pricing, taxation; principles and rules of conducting trading business;
• Knowledge of the market conditions for consumer goods and its development trends; • Knowledge of the basics of marketing (the concept of marketing, the basics of managing marketing activities, methods of promoting goods, etc.);
• Knowledge of business communication ethics; fundamentals of communication theory and sales psychology;
• Knowledge of the procedure for developing business plans, agreements, agreements, contracts, protocols of intent
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Building a financially stable and strong distribution system with partners capable of covering the entire territory; Responsibility for the distribution, sales and merchandising of Perfetti Van Melle products in the assigned territory; • Control over advertising campaigns. Development of the region in accordance with the long-term plan (quarterly) by increasing distribution and improving the sales structure; • Drawing up a sales plan for your region (for a year, quarter, month); • Managing the work of a retail sales team: setting goals, monitoring and evaluating their implementation; development of individual development plans.
