Our Group Commercial team is looking for a Senior Brand Manager Hollywood and Bubblegum. In this role you will work together with the Marketing Manager and team to drive incremental growth for the brand by developing new products and bringing them to the market. In this role, you work closely with the local teams and local operating companies to translate Group initiatives to local commercial success.
About the Role
As the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the global vision, strategy, and innovation for Hollywood and Bubblegum brands. Working collaboratively with our international teams, you’ll drive growth across key markets, including France (Hollywood), the US, Asia, and Europe (Bubblegum).
Your Responsibilities
- Develop Global Strategies: Contribute to the brand vision and innovation plans while ensuring strategic alignment with stakeholders.
- Lead Innovation: Manage the end-to-end development and launch of new products.
- Champion Local Success: Act as a business partner for local markets, driving strategy implementation and performance tracking.
- Drive Creative Excellence: Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to create impactful brand campaigns.
- Optimize Channel Marketing: Maximize product launches by aligning with local market strategies.
- Analyze & Act: Leverage market and consumer insights to craft compelling sales strategies and prioritize high-potential projects.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in brand/category marketing (FMCG experience).
- Fluency in French is a must.
- Proven expertise in brand management at both corporate and local levels.
- Advanced knowledge of NPD and brand-building fundamentals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional project management skills across functions and geographies.
