WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales Admin Executive is accountable for delivering objectives thru assignment with key focus areas are
- Headcount tracking for Sales Field (MT)
- Expense checking & management for MT & GT
- Memo: Memo Display & Audit display contest for MTR/MTS (check qualified images), Memo, set up Promotion HM/SM/CVS & Promotion tracking (Vol/ Val by account/ visibility)
- MT Sales performance Report (Daily/Monthly Sales Tracking, update KPI for Sales, and other ad-hoc reports) by key account | by Account/ MTR/ MTS
- Support MT Manager/SOM Manager to do Target setting and review SR Target
- Incentive: Incentive calculation by MT team by MTR/MTS/ MTO/ KAM & Incentive of Agent CVS
- Selling Tool Delivery (Size register/Delivery & Receive tracking)
- Support SOM Manager to do Sales conference
Sales Admin Executive implements above and other expectations in an effective way to achieve and achieve over expectation.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Customer service oriented
- Able to use English (basic level)
- Good data analysis
- Good communication
- Good understanding of sales operation
- Good, computerized literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- University graduation or above (Economic or Business Administration)
- Customer Service oriented
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position (FMCG is a plus
