WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, including root cause analysis and implementation of Lean/KAIZEN methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards, reduce losses, and drive change.
• Use tools like Power BI and Minitab to track performance metrics, analyze deviations, and report progress.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Provide regular progress updates and adapt strategies to ensure desired outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar (technical background).
• High level of English
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma is highly valued.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience leading process improvement projects in a factory or manufacturing environment.
•  Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, especially TPM and KAIZEN teams, is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
