WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Plan and lead the implementation of projects in the factory.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the Maintenance and Engineering team.
• Allocate and control the technical and human resources necessary for the different maintenance actions, to ensure the optimum overall effectiveness of the processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and lead continuous improvement programs aimed at enhancing safety, quality, food safety and sustainability.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG industry. Experience in team management and engineering projects.
• Advanced knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Results-oriented and analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
