WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Develop, achieve, and monitor the customer account plans, as well as manage the budget of assigned accounts. 
• Negotiate and achieve the company’s objectives related to sales, distribution, gross margin, visibility, and special sales promotional. 
• Define and track KPIs to ensure commercial agreement compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Field Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and oversee implementation of projects and forecasts for key accounts.
• Adjust commercial plans using S&OP tools to align with forecasts.
• Analyze complex data using BluePlanner, SFA, for insights and solutions.
• Align commercial plans with Group policies.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG companies managing centralized national accounts. Preferred background in commercial marketing, category management, or trade marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
