Location: Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, Spain
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Sant Esteve Sesrovires office
Department: Trade Marketing
Reports to: Trade Marketing Director Iberia

Where we need you:

As our Perfect Store Analyst Iberia, you will play a key role in driving the continuous development and performance of our Perfect Store strategy across Spain and Portugal.

Working closely with the Trade Marketing Director Iberia and the wider Sales organisation, you will turn field-performance data into actionable business insights, helping us improve in-store execution, optimise sales-force productivity and strengthen our commercial effectiveness.

You will support the implementation and ongoing development of Perfect Store standards, monitor key performance indicators and ensure that our Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Image Recognition (IR) solutions deliver real business value. Acting as the main Iberia business contact for these tools, you will also collaborate with external technology partners, coordinate user feedback and drive continuous improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and business-oriented professional who enjoys connecting data, technology and commercial strategy to make a tangible impact in the market.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

  • Drive data-based store segmentation and coverage: Support the development of store segmentation, prioritisation and coverage models, ensuring that visit strategies and rules are correctly reflected in our Sales Force Automation system.
  • Optimise routes and field-force productivity: Analyse store visits, travel time, visit frequency and coverage to identify opportunities to improve sales-force efficiency, territory configuration and resource allocation.
  • Support Perfect Store execution: Coordinate and maintain key execution standards, including Must Sell Lists (MSL), Picture of Success (PICOS), planograms, assortment, visibility and merchandising requirements.
  • Turn data into business insights: Monitor Perfect Store and SFA/Image Recognition performance, identify execution gaps across regions, channels and store segments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Sales and Trade Marketing.
  • Monitor performance and KPI governance: Ensure that Perfect Store and Field Force KPIs are accurately defined, calculated and monitored, supporting performance scorecards, target setting and business reviews with Sales leadership.
  • Drive system adoption and continuous improvement: Monitor user adoption, data quality and training needs, supporting colleagues in embedding Perfect Store standards and processes into their daily activities.
  • Act as the business owner of SFA/IR solutions: Serve as the main Iberia business contact for the systems, consolidate feedback from users and Sales Managers, coordinate with local IT and external vendors, and follow up on incidents and improvement requests.
  • Maintain system inputs and documentation: Ensure that SFA and Image Recognition tools are regularly updated and that relevant master data and system information remain accurate.
