For new Process & Technology organization we are looking for an process specialist to join our team.

Product & Process Development Specialist

Job Location: Skarbimierz Osiedle, PL,  gum factory

We want you to:

• Execute low to medium complexity project
• Participate in development process of new ingredients & products, including: 
  • Prepare & Run Laboratory and Production trials 
  • Define process sheets / specifications and procedures/instructions for laboratory product development and process/product industrialization.
  • Initial Regulatory Assessments for products based on provided guidelines 
  • Develop new ingredients or alternatives in cooperation with suppliers 
  • Define specifications for new ingredients 
  • Lead sensory validation (internal – locally and with regional BUs) 
  • Prepare & maintain Product Documentation 
  • Monitor 1st Productions & Implement any necessary recipe changes 
• Collect & analyze data needed for product and process optimization.
• Resolve technological issues for existing production process.
• Prepare Product & Ingredients Portfolio

We would like you to bring in:

• Min. 3  years of experience in R&D, ideally in food industry 
• Education: Chemical Engineering or Food Technology 
• Proactivity 
• Ability to define, structure & execute tasks 
• Fast learning 
• Fluency in English and fair level of Polish
