WHAT YOU WILL DO

Key role in supporting the end-to-end development and introduction of new products and brand campaigns. This role ensures new product initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with stakeholder needs, are compliant with Australian regulations, and are commercially viable.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • Coordinate all stages of the new product development process – from concept through to launch
  • Maintain product specifications and lifecycle data
  • Support rationalization and continuous improvement of existing product ranges
  • Work with brand teams, regulations team and RNPD to ensure product design, testing, and packaging meet regulatory and brand standards
  • Ensure brand consistency across all product collateral and communication materials
  • Coordinate with PVM & distributor supply chain teams to ensure new SKUs are set up in system
  • Work closely with brand team to help create product launch campaigns, feature content, and promotional assets that engage shoppers and drive sales
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Contribute to business cases for new product opportunities based on commercial and technical viability

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Process or technical background strongly preferred – marketing graduates are a bonus
  • 1-2 years’ experience in product development, category coordination, or marketing coordination
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and marketing material development experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage
