Compliance Documentation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support NPD projects by gathering, consolidating and reviewing all pertinent documents for CPR application/renewal.
• To verify and approve product labels and artworks for compliance with local FDA regulations. Avoids/minimizes reworking of AW.
• Track and monitor the expiration dates of all CPRs, LTO and promo permits and alerts the Marketing Team when necessary to kickstart the CPR renewal process.
• Apply for CPR renewal and new applications with local FDA
• Provides a clear local risk assessment for CPR product renewals and applications and works closely with BU Regulatory on the risk assessment review.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of on-going changes in food regulations, new laws/rules/policies being passed which will impact the business. Monitor the progress and inform the Marketing team if any changes need to be applied to concerned products. 
• Keep in practice various forms and procedures issued by Group Regulatory with the objective of harmonized way of working and executing tasks concerning changes in products.
• Assessment of marketing and trade marketing materials which may need to undergo FDA and provide feedback on approval feasibility/risks if need be.

Qualifications

• College/University Graduate, preferably Major in Food Technology or similar
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Knowledge on food ingredients, local FDA rules and regulations
