WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Priorities: Sell-in, Sell out Achievement, Inventory Management, AR Management, Bad Orders Management, Regional Distributor (RD) Profitability, Market Stalls Activation, Sub Distributor Appointment
Customer Relationship:
- Drive Top to Top meetings with RD owners and Top Customers in the assigned area.
- Support Joint business planning with Key RD and Clone customers
Customer Strategy Management:
- Develop 3-yr strategic roadmap for RD and Clone customers in assigned geographic region
- Align customer Strategies to brand and channel strategies
- Support Route to Market Opportunities and then ensure the necessary external process changes are implemented at RD and Trade level.
Profitable Growth:
- Deliver Net Sales and Distribution KPI’s
- Thorough P&L Analysis of RD Profitability for the area and propose key actions to RD owner
- Support ROI mindset
- Implement Pre-Post promotion evaluation for APL investments
In-Store Execution :
- Ensure coverage plan compliance of RD sales team in collaboration with RD Operations Manager
- Support drive for visible distribution in smaller retail formats
- Ensure investments are properly deployed to the appropriate channel
- Ensure deployment of the ideal merchandiser compliment per channel
Leadership:
- Develop and strengthen capabilities of RD personnel through Field Coaching and Training
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- College/University graduate, Major in Business, Marketing or any related course
- With at least 5 years combined sales experience
- Preferably residing in any of the covered provinces
- Preferably good knowledge in General Trade and Distributor Management
- Has basic P&L understanding
- Good presentation, influencing and communication skills
- SFA experience is a plus but not required
- Applicants with NO sales experience may apply but be subjected to further evaluation
