Financial Planning Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing and reporting for PVM Phils IT East Manila, PVM ICT BV Manila, and EFE Manila Branch.
• Prepare and analyze Overhead reports by cost center, comparing actuals vs. budget and prior year.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission in SHERPA for month-end, forecast, and budget reports for all legal entities.
• Perform SAP allocations for unassigned brand postings impacting Contribution Margin, ensuring alignment across COPA, SHERPA, and SAP.
• Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet for forecasting and budgeting of PVM Phils IT East Manila, PVM ICT BV Manila, and EFE Manila Branch.
• Lead overhead expense planning for PVM Phils IT East Manila, PVM ICT BV Manila, and EFE Manila Branch in forecasts and budgets.
• Spearhead intercompany transaction reporting, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and reconciliation with counterpart entities.
• Publish and enhance the Finance KPI dashboard.
• Handle ad hoc projects as they arise.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, present findings, and recommend solutions.

Required Skills:

• SAP experience required
• Analytical skills, financial modelling skills and detail conscious
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Self-driven and proactive
• Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and Power BI
• Team player
• Process improvement capability

Qualifications

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Min 2 years strong FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Experienced in reporting in actuals and experience in Financial Analysis, and Forecasting
• MBA degree is a plus
