WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor the daily operations of 3PL and making sure all stock movement in PVM system aligns with 3rd party system, hence the inventory of all material is properly manage and maintain accurately, which shall result to 100% inventory record accuracy and minimize wastage due to inventory errors.
- Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
- The role carries responsibility for working with Demand and Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inbound Team, Dispatch Team, Customer Service Team, Finance Inventory Analyst, and 3PL Warehouse Personnel to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.
Responsibilities:

3PL Process Monitoring, Improvement and SLA Compliance
- Monitor the 3PL performance in terms of SLA execution and compliance
- Coordinates Monthly Service Level Review Meeting with 3PLs team
- End to end 3PL warehousing management, make sure the deliverable of 3PL meet PVM standard.
- Auditing 3PL warehouse (including depots) and create the auditing guidelines

Cost Management
- Achieve optimal logistic cost (warehouse) at all times.
- Analyze, check and validate the warehouse billing vs. the actual pallet utilization and vs. the agreed monthly/annual budget.

Inventory Management
- Develop PVM’s inventory management strategy together with 3rd party with the aim of controlling costs
- Ensure IRA accuracy is within PVM KPI at all times
- Monitor inventory stock counting and make sure monthly stock reconciliation can be achieved within the time line.

Returns Management
- Documents all issues related to delivery rejections (RUD) with traceability in SAP system and provide necessary correction on rejections attributable to operational errors of customer service and 3PL.
- Account all Trade BO in SAP system and monitor policy/process compliance of 3PL

Stock Receiving and Others
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures.
- Validates Inbound Report provided by 3rd party and ensure receiving errors are properly monitored, accounted and charged accordingly.
- Analyze and prepares discrepancy report for management’s evaluation and disposition.
- Maintain PVM’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.

Importation
- Monitor the broker performance in terms of SLA execution and compliance
- Ensure delivery performance is within PVM standard leadtime per factory
- Provide cost analysis or simulation for any operations issues
- Represent PVM to government agencies to address import issues

Customer
- Lead warehouse audit of selected RDs during the quarterly distributor assessment.
E-Commerce
- Monitor inventory by ensuring that stock availability and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure monthly stock reconciliation aligned with E-commerce partner
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent course
- 4-5 years accumulated experience in Warehouse, 3PL and Inventory Management
- Work experience with warehouse people from pickers, counters, dispatchers and operators to Operations Manager
- Have a detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control / management systems and ERP (SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - outlook, excel, powerpoint & word in particular and a working knowledge or business ERP systems
