WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Organization Development (OD) & Capability-Building Lead is responsible for designing, driving, and sustaining transformational people and organizational initiatives across three operating companies: Philippines, Japan, and Export Markets.

 

The role ensures that PVM builds the right capabilities, cultivates a strong and aligned culture, and structures teams effectively to deliver long-term business performance.
This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, Market Teams, and external learning providers to create a future-ready organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Organization Development strategy for the three operating companies, ensuring alignment with global PVM priorities and local business needs
  • Conduct regular organization assessments and diagnose improvement opportunities related to structure, capability, culture, and processes
  • Lead annual and multi-year OD planning, prioritization, and alignment with HRBPs and leadership teams
  • Serve as the lead for Training & Development and Capability-Building initiatives across markets
  • Manage the full provider lifecycle: scouting, evaluating, selecting, contracting, and guiding external training partners to ensure world-class solutions
  • Lead PVM’s Performance & Development Management processes, tools, and cycles across all three OCs
  • Act as the culture and engagement champion, ensuring clear articulation and activation of PVM values and ways of working across the markets

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or broader HR roles with strong OD exposure
  • Experience working in regional or multi-market environments is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in designing and leading capability-building, culture, and change management initiatives
  • Strong expertise in organizational assessment, design, and workforce capability analysis
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across levels and cultures
  • Skilled in building learning programs, evaluating providers, managing vendors, and ensuring impact
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to influence leaders
