Roles & Responsibilities

The Sustainability and Communications Manager will build strong interdepartmental and external relationships to promote sustainability initiatives, foster collaboration, and provide insights that support PVM's sustainability goals.

I. Sustainability

  • Overall responsible for developing and executing the Sustainability Strategy of PVM Philippines, working collaboratively across the enterprise.
  • Work with senior leadership to define, launch and drive strategic sustainability initiatives.
  • Enable critical decision making by working with and gaining alignment across cross functional stakeholders with effective communication.
  • Work with internal and external partners to gather and assess data, identify solutions and prioritize initiatives, to build a roadmap and go-to-market plan for these initiatives.
  • Support the annual planning and budget process including preparing strategic updates for senior executives. Manage local strategic corporate partnerships to ensure flawless execution and implementation of planned sustainability activities.
  • Provide the dashboards for all the KPIs and operational metrics across all programs.

 

II. Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent and positive messages promote the corporation’s purpose, vision and its values.
  • Develop corporate communication materials regarding sustainability initiatives and corporate image building in collaboration with the Marketing Director and HR.
  • Management and development of internal and external communication in Inside Philippines and PVM Phils Website.
  • Cascade the global roll-out of the PVM Blueprint and communication guidelines from Group Communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration, or any business related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an FMCG industry with brand management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; can adapt to different audiences
  • Strong project management skills, ability to initiate and lead projects and work autonomously
  • Good stakeholder management
