Roles and Responsibilitie

 

  • Develop and implements best sourcing strategy for PVM Phils., EFE and Japan.
  • Recommends improvements to sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and explores initiative methods for active and passive sourcing.
  • Manages and drives relationships with agencies, partner vendors, universities and other entities that may source leads for recruitment.
  • Create and maintain an active industry network and strong talent pipeline to keep PVM updates on the latest trends and concerns in manpower resource planning and recruitment.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify, hiring needs, establish screening guidelines and define candidate profiles to ensure best fit.
  • Deliver prompt and thorough assessments to hiring managers for screened candidates.
  • Provide hiring managers with comprehensive and data-driven weekly reports detailing progress of recruitment activities – status of open positions, number of candidates screened and shortlisted, upcoming interviews, and any challenges or delays encountered.
  • Oversees the process for utilizing the recruitment tools – Recruitment in Success Factors and data tracking to facilitate access to critical hiring insights.
  • Monitor response rates, screening conversion rates and pipeline progress to identify and address bottlenecks and improve hiring friction to elevate candidate experience.
  • Executes sourcing strategies, screens candidates, administers exams, and shortlist potential candidates for open roles.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
  • Create engaging content for social media, career websites, and job boards to attract internal and external talents.
  • Maintain and update the career site and Inside PVM (SharePoint) to highlight the company’s culture, values, and job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment campaigns with company objectives (ie, brand activations, job fairs, roadshow activations, etc.)
  • Partner with HR Business Partner and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent recruitment, branding and marketing strategy.
  • Ensures the quality of shortlisted candidates by evaluating CVs and comprehensive interviews before endorsing to the hiring managers.
  • Oversees scheduling of interviews to appropriate hiring managers.
  • Achieves recruitment targets, including time-to-fill metrics, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Oversees thorough background checks for the identified candidates to be shared to HR Business Partners, HR Director and hiring managers.
  • Gather compensation details and benefits for job offer.
  • Extends job offer to the identified candidates.
  • Lead or participate in HR or Talent Acquisition projects as directed by the HR Director. i.e, Internship, Management Trainee Program, Career Fair Activations, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in conducting behavioral and targeted selection interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing social platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and various digital marketing tools.
  • Experienced in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and similar platforms.
  • Experience working on multiple or simultaneous requirements with different hiring profiles.
