You will execute Talent Acquisition programs to ensure the availability of qualified talent aligned with the company’s strategic needs, while proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates who are a strong fit for open positions across the organization

Qué necesitamos de ti

  • Receive and manage hiring requests to initiate recruitment and selection processes across different business lines and functional areas, using SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Conduct job profile intake sessions in partnership with business leaders and collaborate closely with the recruiting team to assign activities and meet hiring objectives, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in SF
  • Actively leverage approved job boards, social media channels, and ATS tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, to post vacancies and support talent attraction, screening, and candidate management
  • Conduct cold screening interviews, competency-based interviews, and occasional assessment-style interviews, as well as administer and evaluate technical assessments, documenting outcomes in SuccessFactors
  • Participate in regular team meetings and follow-up calls to report on vacancy status, align on new initiatives and projects, and support decision-making through SF dashboards and reports
  • You will be part of the new hire onboarding process, offering support and orientation 
  • Demonstrate availability to participate in recruitment events, university career fairs, and other talent attraction activities, representing the firm and promoting open roles
  • Represent Perfetti Van Melle at student hiring events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our early careers programs

Sobre el puesto de trabajo

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG  Company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Data-driven mindset: able to provide insights and expertise to hiring managers and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
  • Naturally curious and innovative - constantly seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance outcomes through creative thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish
