Coordinates and executes Talent Acquisition processes and programs for Mexico and LATAM, contributing to the attraction, identification, and hiring of qualified talent to meet business needs in a timely manner. Additionally, supports and coordinates onboarding activities and new talent development initiatives, including internship, trainee, and university partnership programs, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires, as well as compliance with organizational policies and procedures..
Qué necesitamos de ti
- Manage the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring that requisitions are aligned with the approved budget and authorized headcount.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards related to recruitment and selection processes.
- Monitor approved requisitions to guarantee timely fulfillment of open positions
- Execute the Talent Acquisition process in accordance with the process framework and corporate guidelines
- Coordinate and manage external recruitment and sourcing agencies, ensuring proper follow-up and achievement of hiring objectives.
- Execute sourcing activities and oversee the candidate experience throughout the selection process
- Ensure effective recruitment and selection of talent, aligned with the specific needs of each business area and the defined job profile.
- Ensure the timely update and management of candidate, vacancy, and recruitment process records in SuccessFactors (SF), the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other Human Resources systems.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key recruitment KPIs, including Time to Offer (TTO), New Hire Turnover (NHTO), Exit Interviews, and Vacancy Fill Rate
- Coordinate training and reinforcement sessions related to competency-based interviewing and selection processes for leaders and other stakeholders involved in hiring
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of offer letters for new hires
Sobre el puesto de trabajo

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Selection processes within FMCG companies, supporting functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate/Support Areas. Proven experience working with SuccessFactors and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
