Where we need you

The Procure-to-Pay (PtP) function is part of our Finance Shared Services and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate procurement and payment processes across the organization.

As a PtP Specialist, you will support the full procure-to-pay cycle, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, and payment execution. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Based in Poland in a hybrid working model, you will report directly to a line manager located in Poland and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries.

Your core responsibilities at a glance

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods receipts
• Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with procurement and supply chain teams
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments in line with agreed terms and internal controls
• Support reconciliation of procurement transactions in ERP systems
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to PtP activities
• Prepare and maintain reports on KPIs such as invoice processing time and payment cycles
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase automation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address payment-related queries

The ideal recipe for our new PtP Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, or financial analysis
• Experience with invoice processing, purchase order management, and reconciliations
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, including three-way matching
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams and suppliers
• Strong command of English and French (required)
• Polish language is a strong advantage

Nice to have:
• Professional certifications (e.g. CAPP, CPP)
• Experience with automation tools in finance processes
