As our new Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for optimizing production and capacity planning at the category level for the mid- and long-term horizon. You’ll act as the single point of contact for plant and markets, managing exceptions related to plant restrictions, driving solutions and supporting the preparation of the Regional Supply & Operations Planning meeting (S&OP).

The position is based in Warsaw and will focus on production planning for the Polish factory in Skarbimierz as well as external comanufacturers, with responsibility for the Halls and Gum categories. 

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Perform and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods within assigned categories using SAP and O9 to ensure optimal output aligned with business goals
• Create and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying bottlenecks and risks while adjusting production plans
• Maintain close relation with markets by weekly S&OE Demand Fulfilment meetings ensuring communication flow and feedback
• Support effective Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) decisions, optimizing end-to-end allocation and assessing capacity or investment needs
• Implement S&OP decisions and ensure effective communication with local manufacturing teams for execution
• Track and report key performance metrics including CFR, inventory and waste

The ideal recipe for our new Supply Planner:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field)
• 3 years of experience in supply planning role, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Proficiency in English & Polish

• Very good Excel and data analysis skills, Basic Power BI knowledge as a plus

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• MPS & RCCP, DRP & Inventory Planning, Material Planning, and S&OP/IBP principles
