Your Impact – Where You Make the Difference:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute customer strategies that align with Perfetti Van Melle’s business objectives and further expand our position in the Swiss market.
- Customer Planning: Develop annual customer plans focusing on distribution, innovation, visibility and activation.
- Negotiations: Independent management of annual negotiations on terms and conditions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our retail partners to capture the potential of common growth and value creation.
- Communication: Key internal sparring partner for respective customer matters towards other departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance).
- Reporting & Forecasting: Business result responsibility for assigned customer portfolio including the forecasting process.
- Analyses: Continuous sales and portfolio analyses, leading to impactful plans and executions instore.
- Growth Projects: Being entrepreneurial and drive assigned portfolio with own ideas.
The ideal recipe for our new Key Account Manager:
- Educational Background: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG.
- Market Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape and customer dynamics.
- Sales Capabilities: Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as negotiation expertise, hands-on mentality, courage to embrace change, strong determination and drive to implement.
- Communication: Proven ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and maintain trusting relationships with our retail partners.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to take ownership for the development of assigned portfolio and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
