Supply Planning Support

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Planning & Order Execution Support
   • Monitor order processing and ensure timely execution in SAP.
   • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
   • Support allocation and prioritization decisions based on stock availability and business urgency.
   • Identify potential supply or delivery risks and escalate proactively.
2. Delivery Monitoring & Service Level
   • Track on-time delivery performance (OTIF) and follow up on delivery issues.
   • Coordinate with logistics partners / warehouse teams to resolve shipment discrepancies.
   • Ensure accurate documentation and system updates related to delivery transactions.
   • Analyze root causes of service failures and recommend corrective actions.
3. System & Data Accuracy (SAP)
   • Maintain accuracy of order, stock, and delivery data in SAP.
   • Support troubleshooting of transactional issues within the system.
   • Generate periodic reports related to stock movement, service level, and delivery performance.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
   • Act as key liaison between Sales, Supply Planning, Production, and Distribution teams.
   • Ensure alignment between demand requirements and supply execution.
   • Support process improvement initiatives related to order-to-delivery flow.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution
• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering)
• Strong understanding of order processing and delivery flow
• Familiar with SAP system (SD/MM preferred)
• Detail-oriented and strong in execution
• Good coordination and communication skills
